NTSC DVD, BLU-RAY, or Withoutabox’s Secure On-line Screener is the preferred submission format.
PRIFF does not pay screening fees for films that are programmed.
Works in foreign language (other than Spanish) should be subtitled or dubbed in English.
Film festival Shipping:
Shipping should be environmentally friendly! Please use as little packaging material as possible when shipping your entry. PRIFF does not pay for shipping costs for submission copies, or exhibition copies.
Film festival Confirmation :
If you would like to know when we receive your entry, please ask for a delivery confirmation as opposed to a signature confirmation. Filmmakers will be notified by email on the status of their submission. Please feel free to email us with any questions. If accepted, the exhibition copy should be in our office three weeks prior to festival.
fee Waivers:
Unfortunately, no fee waivers can be granted for the 2012 Puerto Rico International Film Festival, Vieques Island, unless the film was made in Puerto Rico.

The Puerto Rico International Film Festival, Vieques Island, will present a great number of accolades to short and feature-length films in our program.
